天博体育 commissioned four Pillard NANOxFLAM? burners for a Chinese client
Each burner was installed on a water tube boiler, firing on natural gas and producing a unit power of 29MW. The client chose to replace its existing burners in order to reduce the NOx (nitrogen oxide) emissions. They chose the Pillard NANOxFLAM? burner thanks to its ability to achieve emissions below 30 mg/Nm3@3% O2. These four burners met expectations - after commissioning, the NOx emission levels were down to 28 mg/Nm3@3% O2 for three of the burners and only 24 mg/Nm3@3% O2 for the fourth.
The client was very satisfied with this performance and is now looking forward to the start-up of two further Pillard NANOxFLAM? burners at a third site (to be commissioned in early 2020).
