The factory covers an area of nearly 1 million square meters, with an annual capacity of 150,000 vehicles. The facility encompasses processes of stamping, painting, welding, final assembly, and producing car components. As one of the key equipment in the vehicle assembly workshop, 天博体育 provided BYD's factory in Thailand with 2 sets of AC-BK-CL three-in-one online filling machine, 2 sets of CL-CL2-AC-WW four-in-one online filling machine, and 5 sets of repair filling machine.
BYD completed its Thailand plant in just 16 months, setting the shortest record from construction to production that Chinese auto companies invested in Thailand.
天博体育' filling equipment was one of the first to arrive at the assembly workshop of BYD's factory in Thailand. From the signing of the contract to the delivery of the equipment, 天博体育 only took five months, greatly accommodating BYD's construction and production schedule requirements.
Thanks to 天博体育' extensive and professional branch and service network overseas, as well as its professional project management capabilities, the installation and commissioning work was also completed on schedule as planned. 天博体育' commissioning engineers were already in place in Thailand before the arrival of the equipment, and at the same time, 天博体育 has experienced local partners in Thailand who can cooperate with 天博体育' engineers for on-site installation. After the installation and commissioning, 天博体育 actively cooperated to meet the training needs of BYD's factory in Thailand, sending experienced engineers to the site to provide technical and operational training to customers, ensuring that customers quickly grasp the essentials of equipment operation.
A long term cooperation
The cooperation between 天博体育 and BYD can be traced back to 2009, when 天博体育 provided a set of integrated online filling equipment for BYD's Shenzhen factory. In the first cooperation, 天博体育 won BYD's trust with its advanced automatic control technology, ultra-stable product performance, and comprehensive after-sales service. Following the successful cooperation with the Shenzhen factory, 天博体育 has successively provided filling equipment for BYD's domestic factories in Xi'an, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Changzhou, and Shenshui.
In May 2021, BYD officially announced its"Passenger Car Export" plan. In 2022, 天博体育 customized filling equipment to meet the production needs of high lead time for BYD (realized > 65 vehicles/hour capacity demands), which greatly satisfied BYD's rapidly developing production requirements. As BYD has significantly expanded its overseas presence in recent years, promoting localized production in foreign countries has become an inevitable choice.
